WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - This weekend Storrowton Village in West Springfield helped recreate a vintage Christmas as it might have been back in Charles Dicken's day.
Visitors soaked up the nostalgia of the 19th century holiday spirit at the sprawling village grounds
People had come from all over to enjoy the artifacts and the atmosphere of the Yuletide at
Storrowton.
“Well, we love the animals and we saw the old time Santa Claus really interesting stuff and a lot of history,” said Aaron McKee of Palmer.
Holiday history came alive for many visitors. They even saw the sheepdog continuing a tradition that began quite some time ago.
Yuletide at Storrowton has been a holiday season attraction for generations.
