NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - The Northampton Community Farm had a lot to celebrate Sunday.

Their farm fest at the community farm in the city's Florence section attracted a large crowd.

This weekend marked the second anniversary of the community farm's second growing season.

Lilly Lombard's the director of the group known as grow food Northampton. “We've got twice the number of farms, we're got 150 new gardeners, and we launched our Florence community garden this year. ”

Well wishes for Grow Food Northampton came from volunteers, business people, along with Hampshire County neighbors who also believe in the community garden's mission.

There was also an opportunity to celebrate the changing of the seasons.

There was plenty of fall foliage at its peak, or close to it.
