NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - One of the six students charged in connection with the death of South Hadley High School student Phoebe Prince is going to court on Tuesday.
Austin Renaud will answer to statutory rape charges at Hampshire County Superior Court in Northampton.
Renaud's lawyer has asked for Prince's health records, including the names of her doctors.
During the summer, Renaud was charged with OUI, and is currently on probation.
He has not been charged with harassing Prince.
The other five teens charged in connection with Prince's suicide had hearings back in September.
