NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - Springfield florist Nancy Gehrung was not in court Friday morning for a scheduled dangerousness hearing.

The 48-year-old Florence resident is accused of breaking into a Northampton home on Christmas night, and pointing a gun at a member of the homeowner's family.

The incident happened at 73 Massasoit Street. Police say the gun Gehrung allegedly used had been stolen from an off-duty Connecticut police officer's locked car, parked outside a gym.

Prosecutors believe Gehrung may also be a suspect in a house break-in Holyoke last Friday, and the robbery at an Enfield, Connecticut liquor store on Christmas Eve.

Gehurng was expected to appear in court for the hearing Friday morning in Northampton District Court, but she waived her right to appear.

Gehrung is scheduled to appear in court again on January 27.
