WARE, Mass. (WWLP) - The Department of Fire Services has completed its hearings on the Pennsylvania fireworks company accused of leaving unexploded shells at several locations across the state.

Public Information Officer Jennifer Mieth told 22News decisions on the future of Pyrotecnico must be issued within 60 days but it likely won't take that long.

Nearly a dozen Firework shells were found in Ware's Grenville Park after the town's June 30th fireworks show.

Pyrotecnico is blaming the problem on defective fireworks from China.
