NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - A grand jury in Northampton has indicted Jeb Daly of Huntington for the June 22 murder of his girlfriend, 30 year-old Jessica Dana .
On Wednesday, the Hampshire County Grand Jury also indicted Daly on a charge of misleading police.
Daly is currently being held without bail. He was arraigned in Northampton District Court on murder and other charges back in June.
Dana, a mother of three, was last seen by friends at the Rocky Brook Drive home she shared with Daly, according to Assistant Northwestern District Attorney Steven E. Gagne. Guests said that the two had been arguing all night long, and she was still in the house when they left; leaving her alone with Daly.
Daly, who prosecutors say told police Dana had wandered off into the night, reported her missing the following morning. Her lifeless body was found in their backyard that night, wrapped in a tarp found inside a cardboard box.
