NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - Three of the four teens accused of raping a UMass student in her dorm room will be arraigned on Monday at 2:00PM at the Hampshire County Courthouse in Northampton.
Adam Liccardi, Justin King and Emmanuel Bile all 18 years old and from Pittsfield, are charged.
17 year old Caleb Womack from Windsor Locks, CT is also charged.
The only one who won't be arraigned on Monday is is Liccardi.
He faces an additional count of rape for allegedly going back into the woman's dorm after the others had already left.
The victims told police she knew the teens.
She said they raped her while she was drunk and drifting in and out of consciousness.
None of the teens were students at the UMass campus.
According to the Associated Press, the teens were let into the dorm by another student.
The suspects lawyers say the sex was consensual.
