Ware park closed for fireworks search

Unused fireworks found at Grenville Park

WARE, Mass. (WWLP) - Grenville Park in Ware was closed Monday after someone discovered some unused fireworks.

Ware Police told 22News the fireworks were likely from last week's fourth of July celebrations and did not detonate.

Officials closed the park so they could search for more.

The park is expected to be open Tuesday.
