HUNTINGTON, Mass. (WWLP) - The boyfriend of missing Huntington mother Jessica Dana has been arrested and is set to be arraigned Monday morning.
Jeb Daly, 36, of Huntington was arrested at about 9:00 Sunday night.
Daly lives with Dana on Rocky Brooke Drive; a normally quiet cul de sac -- which on Saturday morning, became the center of a massive missing person search and manhunt.
Jessica Dana was last seen on late Friday night.
On Sunday, investigators announced they had discovered a body near the home.
Jessica's family told 22News that it is her body, but the District Attorney's Office has not confirmed that.
While the manhunt was ongoing, State Police helicopters could be seen hovering above the woods in back of the house while K-9 units scoured the ground.
Neighbors were asked to stay inside and keep their doors locked.
By midnight Monday, the state police confirmed that Jeb Daly was arrested.
Daly is expected to be arraigned Monday morning in Northampton District Court on charges of improper disposal of a body and misleading authorities, according to Mary Carey of the Northwestern District Attorney's Office.
Neighbors who know the couple talked to 22News about what they are like.
Neighbor Larry Tkeczeke, said, "They kept to themselves, quiet. Once or twice you hear something like a party, but not much."
Police are referring 22News to either the District Attorney's Office or the State Police Office of Media Relations in Framingham.
Jessica Dana is a mother to three young children, and at this time, her disappearance officially being called a missing persons case.
