CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - Winter is here again, and if it's anything like last year, we're in for a couple of months of freezing temperatures and heavy snow. If you're caught off guard, winter weather can do some serious damage to your home, your car, and even your body.
So this week on 22News inFocus, we're working for you with ways you can prepare yourself and your belongings so you can better cope with the cold.
Joining us we'll have a doctor to talk about the cold's impact on your health. We'll also have an auto mechanic here with tips that will help you keep your car in good shape no matter what's in store for us this winter.
A weatherization expert will show you how to keep the heat in your home, and an insurance specialist will have information you need to hear so you can be prepared for the worst. We'll also have advice from a home improvement expert on preparing your home so it can withstand whatever winter brings.
