15-year old boy returns home from W.V.

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - The 15 year old boy found traveling with Holyoke Teacher Lisa Lavoie in West Virginia has been returned to Holyoke.

Police Chief Anthony Scott told 22News the boy did not suffer any physical injuries. Chief Scott would not say if the young man is back with his family or in the care of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families.

Meanwhile according to station WBOY-TV, Lisa Lavoie waived extradition in a 2pm meeting today in West Virginia.  She will be returned to Massachusetts.  Monongalia County Circuit Judge Susan Tucker said authorities there will have 7-10 days to pick her up.
