SOUTHWICK, Mass. (WWLP) - A man from Southwick is heading to court to answer to charges he injured three people after crashing his boat on Lake Congamond.
According to a news release from the district attorney's office, 65 year old Robert Danczak was under the influence when he crashed into an anchored boat.
Three people were seriously injured, including Southwick Selectman Nicolas Boldyga.
Danczak will be arraigned November 18th.
