LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) - A two-car crash sent a car careening into a house in Longmeadow Thursday night.

One of the cars went across the lawn, and took out a bush, a light pole and a bay window at 750 Laurel Street.

Longmeadow Police Sgt. Robert Stacks told 22News a Honda Accord operated by a Feeding Hills woman hit another car at the intersection with Williams Street.

"The person driving that car was injured. Very minor injuries. They were taken to the Hospital via Fire Department Ambulance. No one was at home at the time. So there were no injuries inside the house," said Mike Maheux of the Longmeadow Fire Department.

Sgt. Stacks told 22News the investigation is ongoing, but a witness has told police that the Honda ran a red light just before impact.

Sgt. Stacks said the woman was not wearing a seatbelt.
