SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Pioneer Valley residents were able to squeeze another beautiful day out of the fall season.
People were out and about, doing anything they could to soak up a little sunshine, even it meant raking all those leaves that they've put off until now.
Maria Rios of Springfield was one of those residents who said the conditions were ideal.
"I usually rake like every weekend, but this was so nice today to do the raking. I did it yesterday, I really enjoy doing it because the weather's very pleasant," she said.
There was a lot of raking going on on Sunday in Western Massachusetts. And you couldn't find a more delightful day to make your back yard more presentable.
