GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Greenfield Zoning Board of Appeals had to move a meeting from the Greenfield Middle School Cafeteria, to the Greenfield Middle School Auditorium.

This was due to the sheer number of people who turned out for Monday night's discussion.

The hot topic? A proposed Biomass Burner for electricity generation in the local I-91 Industrial Park. Residents and business owners worry that pollution, traffic and noise issues will make the negatives outweigh the positives of the electric plant.

The meeting began 45 minutes late due to the change in location, and included at least 64 people signing-up to speak their minds to the board.
