WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - It's called "Turning for Our Troops," an annual pen-making
tradition for our fighting men and women in uniform.
More than 40 crafty civilians spent the day in West
Springfield handmaking wooden pens to be sent to soldiers stationed
oversees.
The
WoodCraft store on Memorial Avenue hosted the event. All the materials were
donated.
