A mysterious power outage in Agawam

AGAWAM, Mass. (WWLP) - Hundreds of customers in the Agawam/Feeding Hills section were without power Thursday night for a little over an hour.

WMECO reported on its website that 1138 customers were affected at 10:00 p.m..

Agawam police say they started receiving calls complaining about no electricity about 9:30 p.m.  They confirmed just before 11 p.m. that power had come back on.

No one knows why it went out or how it came back on.
