The Springfield-based Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce is expanding. They celebrated the grand opening of their Holyoke office Thursday at 225 High Street.
The office will provide technical assistance, legal and accounting services and workshops to area businesses. "Working with the Holyoke Chamber of Commerce, the Mayor of Holyoke I think that the economic turn for Holyoke could be outstanding with the Latino businesses playing a big role in it.," said Carlos Gonzalez, President of the Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce.
The chamber also recognized the owner of Fernandez Family Restaurant which is also located on High Street, which has been in business for 21 years.
