Quabbin Reservoir pond named in tribute

NEW SALEM, Mass. (WWLP) - A bill to name a Quabbin Reservoir Pond after Joseph O'Loughlin has been signed into law.
The law honors the former Department of Conservation and Recreation employee by naming the pond at Gate 31 in the Quabbin Reservoir in the town of New Salem.
O'Loughlin passed away in May of 2007 in Northampton.
