WILBRAHAM, Mass. (WWLP) - More than 500 people turned out for the American Cancer
Society's Relay For Life in Wilbraham Saturday. The relay was held
at the Wilbraham-Monson Academy.
The event helped raise more than 50 thousand dollars for
Cancer research. Last year, more than 34 thousand people living in
Massachusetts were diagnosed with Cancer. "Four months ago I could
barely get out of bed. It's a miracle I'm here I wanted to do
everything to fight back," said Dr. Hamdani of Wilbraham.
