Seminar for aspiring business women

SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (WWLP) - There was inspiration for aspiring businesswomen in South Hadley on Wednesday night.

Successful women outlined the path to starting a winning business at the South Hadley Public Library.

Ann Latham is the founder/president of Uncommon Clarity. She says that "you have to find the intersection of your capabilities, market needs and your passions. You have to have all three of these things or you're not going to have a lot of fun, or a lot of success in your business."

Latham, who helps companies improve performance, says no matter what business you're in, you have to be able to sell your idea and your product.
