AGAWAM, Mass. (WWLP) - In October, thousands will step out in Agawam for the Annual
Walk to Cure Diabetes.
This year's co-chairs of the walk are UMass head football
coach, Kevin Morris and his wife Rebecca.
Rebecca, who has Type 1 diabetes, says the cause is close to
their hearts.
"We felt we wanted to get involved and help out its a great
platform to do so. The UMass community is so large and strong and
cretainly get out and help as many people any wy we can," said
Kevin Morris.
"I suffer from Type 1 diabetes as well as several other
members of my family , so Kevin and I were looking to get more
involvved in JDRF, and this was a great place for us," said Rebecca
Morris.

will take place on Sunday, October 18th at Six Flags New
