EASTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - Has the legendary Loch Ness monster really relocated to Western Massachusetts?
What could be attracting so much attention at Nashawaannuck Pond in the heart of Easthampton Sunday afternoon?
An artistic person with a sense of humor created an ice sculpture of what's supposed to be the Legendary Loch Ness monster from Scotland.
During the short time 22News was there, one passerby stopped and looked on with awe at this eye-catching creation
“We're just riding by and saw the Loch Ness monster in the Easthampton Lake there. It's really cool, it's unique, I think it's great”
It's definitely a new attraction at the historic and iconic waterway in Easthampton.
But, how long has it been there, and who did it?
22News will look into it. But for now, it's a pleasant surprise in what's been a tough winter.
