NASHUA, N.H. (AP) - Police say they had to use a Taser on a woman they were trying to arrest at a New Hampshire mall.
Investigators said Xiaojie Li refused to leave the Apple store at Nashua's Pheasant Lane Mall on Tuesday when she tried to buy more iPhones; she said she was limited to two.
Xiaojie, of Newton, Mass., doesn't speak English and said through her daughter she didn't understand what was happening to her. A cellphone video of her arrest shown on WMUR-TV appears to show police wrestling her to the floor. There's a crackling sound followed by screams.
Xiaojie said she first went to the store Friday and recorded video of what looked like other customers buying more phones. Police said she was asked to leave.
