HULL, Mass. (AP) - Massachusetts State Police are investigating the death of a young man on Peddocks Island.

They say his injuries appear consistent with a fall, but the cause of death is under investigation and police are also trying to determine why he was on the island.

Police reported the man's death after responding to a call Friday evening.

His name was not released.

The Plymouth County district attorney is handling the case.

Peddocks Island is one of the Harbor Islands. It is located off Hull.
