NEEDHAM, Mass. (WWLP) - USA's gymnastics captain and Massachusetts native, Aly Raisman is back on top after a stellar performance Tuesday night.

Raisman will be bringing more medals back to her home in Needham.

With a nearly flawless floor routine, she finally got the gold she's been waiting for; plus bronze on the balance beam.

"I felt like I had nothing to lose 'cause I already had achieved my goal so I just wanted to go out there and it was going to be my last memory for London so I just wanted to make it count", said Raisman.

She has received a total of three medals--which is more than any other American gymnast will be taking home in these games.

Raisman also made history Tuesday night, becoming the first American to win Olympic gold in floor exercise.
