WELLFLEET, Mass. (AP) - Officials on the Cape pull off three water rescues, including saving two teens caught on the roof of their nearly submerged car in Wellfleet.

The unidentified teens were found early Tuesday on the Lieutenant Island Bridge. High winds and rain created coastal flooding, making the bridge impassable.

The teens did not need to be hospitalized

On Monday, rescuers in Dennis saved 45-year-old Mark Wilson of Roxbury, Conn., after he lost his sailboard off Chapin Beach. Wilson told officials a wave sucked the board right out from under him around noon. He was treated and released at Cape Cod Hospital.

A few hours later, two men were found clinging to their sailboat after it wrecked on the Hyannisport jetty. Barnstable police were able to save the men and tow the sailboat.
