ATTLEBORO, Mass. (AP) - Massachusetts State Police are investigating the cause of a fatal crash on Interstate 95 near Attleboro that left a toddler and a 30-year-old Taunton man dead.

Troopers identified the man as Matthew Kercado. They did not release the name or gender of the 3-year-old child. Lt. Eric Anderson says both were ejected from the SUV after it struck another vehicle and rolled over.

Four others in the SUV were taken to various hospitals and treated for injuries, including an unidentified 14-month-old child. The rest include 42-year-old Heather Kercado of Taunton, 40-year-old Christopher Ebert of Boston, and Jessica Ebert, whose age and hometown were not released.

Police say on Saturday evening the SUV struck a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Jennifer Poissant of Pawtucket, R.I. She was not injured.
