Woman found dead, student sought

CLINTON, Mass. (AP) - A Fitchburg State College student is being sought in connection with the death of a woman whose body was found in her Clinton apartment.

The Worcester District Attorney's office says 22-year-old Alex Skowran had an off-and-on relationship with Giselle Rodriquez.

The body of the 23-year-old woman was discovered Monday. District Attorney Joseph Early would not indicate how she died but said her family called police after not hearing from her for several days.

District Attorney Joseph Early said Skowran is originally from Maryland and may be driving a black Honda civic with Maryland license plates.

Officials say Skowran had been ordered to stay away from Rodriquez in March after he was accused of breaking into her apartment and pouring bleach on her clothes.
