CHICOPEE, Ma. (WWLP) - A new study shows half of teens believe lying and cheating is necessary to succeed in life.

The Josephson Institute of Ethics study showed 51 percent of teens surveyed are more likely to lie and cheat to get their way.

But, the deviant behavior could mean teens are more likely to be dishonest as an adult.

The study also showed teens who lie and cheat are twice as likely to deceive their boss and one and half times more likely to lie to a spouse or cheat on their taxes.
