AKRON, Ohio (WKYC) - The jury has the case now in the trial of accused Craigslist killer Richard Beasley.

Closing arguments finished Monday afternoon in an Akron, Ohio courtroom.

The jury will be sequestered until the members reach a verdict.

If Beasley is convicted of aggravated murder, the same jury will return to decide whether to recommend the death penalty.

Beasley is accused of using phony Craigslist ads to lure victims to a southern Ohio farm. He's charged with the murder of Ralph Geiger, Timothy Kern and David Pauley. He's also accused of the attempted murder of Scott Davis.

Davis escaped from the Caldwell, Ohio farm and alerted authorities in the fall of 2011.
