Juli McDonald

Multi-Platform Journalist

(WWLP) - Juli is thrilled to be ‘Working for You’ as part of the 22News team. A Massachusetts native, this is somewhat of a homecoming for Juli. She grew up in Norwood, but it wasn't a trip down the Pike that got her here.

Juli comes to WWLP from Bismarck, North Dakota. She got her start there as a reporter and anchor after graduating from Emerson College. It was an exciting time to report in the Northern Plains; covering the impacts of the historic oil boom to the devastating summer flooding of 2011. Juli received an Emmy nomination for a show she produced and anchored as the Missouri River began to quickly rise.

In her free time, Juli enjoys being a car ride (instead of two flights) from family and friends, working out, and learning to cook.
