Nicole Nalepa

(WWLP) - Nicole joined the 22News team in the fall of 2010 as a multi-platform journalist. She currently works as a reporter starting her day bright and early with live reports during the 5:30 to 7:00 a.m. news. A native of western Massachusetts, she is proud to be a part of the premier local news station.
       
Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Communications from Westfield State University. She has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best writers, producers, reporters and anchors in the industry. Nicole interned at WFXT-Fox 25 in Boston, WWLP, and also worked for several months in New York City at CBS News on the "Evening News with Katie Couric.”
       
During her senior year at Westfield, she was asked to represent the college in a week-long International Media seminar in Paris. She was also very active with her college's television station, class council, student government, International Club and served as a student ambassador for Westfield State.        

In her spare time, Nicole loves to do anything involving music, spending time with friends and family, writing, cooking, photography, skiing and traveling.
