Elizabeth J. Scheehser

(1926-2012) - Elizabeth J. (Carlson) Scheehser, 86, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 12, 2012.  Born in Springfield, daughter of the late Harold and Nettie (Brown) Carlson, she was a lifelong resident. Elizabeth retired from Duggan Junior High School as the principal secretary.  She also worked at Classical High School, Technical High School and in the accounting department for the City of Springfield.

Her husband, Charles M. Scheehser, Sr. died in 1986.  She leaves two sons, Charles M. Scheehser, Jr. of Springfield, Brian D. Scheehser of Seattle, WA, a daughter, Lynne E. Frappier of East Longmeadow, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. 

A graveside service will be Tuesday at 10am at Hillcrest Park Cemetery, 895 Parker Street, Springfield.  Agawam Funeral Home in is charge.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 129 Morgan Drive, Norwood, MA 02062.
