I'm surrounded by all these youngsters, but I'm really the perfect age! Old enough that I'm out of that crazy puppy teenager stage, yet still playful, young, and full of energy. I enjoy meeting folks and getting lots of gentle pets. I'm also very friendly and social with other dogs.

The staff at DPVHS is recommending a home for me with adults and older children who are mature and laid back like I am! I'm a Dixie Dog who traveled to Massachusetts from an overcrowded southern shelter where the likelihood of finding a home any time soon was pretty slim. Now that I'm in the Northeast, I know I'll find someone soon who's looking for a dog just like me.
