Holyoke mayoral candidate interview

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - 22News continued its series of mayoral debates on Friday with a LIVE interview with candidate Daniel Boyle. City Councilor Elaine Pluta declined our invitation to debate.

Both are vying to become the city's first new mayor, since the election of Michael Sullivan in 2000. Mayor Sullivan decided not to run for a sixth term.

For thirty minutes, Boyle answered questions about his vision for Holyoke and problems plaguing the school system, among other things.
