BOSTON (AP) - Boston police have released the identity of a masseuse shot at a
luxury city hotel.
Police say 26-year-old Julissa Brisman of New York City was
shot multiple times in the torso late Tuesday night on the 20th
floor of the Marriott Copley Place and died at Boston Medical
Center.
Commissioner Edward Davis says Brisman advertised masseuse
services on Craigslist, and investigators believe she was the
victim of an attempted robbery.
There have been no arrests, but police are seeking the
public's help in identifying a man seen on surveillance video
walking through the hotel's lobby and described as a "person of
interest" in the case.
The same man was seen at the nearby Westin Hotel a few days
earlier on the day a masseuse who also advertised on Craigslist was
robbed.
