ENFIELD, CT (WWLP) - The holidays are right around the corner and many of us are gearing up for holiday travel. One air traveler at Bradley International airport told 22 News checking in her bag has become a real headache.

More travelers are opting to bring a carry on bag to avoid airline fees and to ensure they have their baggage when they reach their destination.

But don't forget the 3-1-1 rule when packing your carry on. If you know you're going to have to check in a bag try to limit it to one big bag that meets airline weight requirements.
