West Springfield names Grand Colleen

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Maggie Johnson surprised was named the West Springfield Colleen at Chez Josef in Agawam Saturday.

Johnson won the pageant out of 5 other contestants.

22News caught up with Maggie after her crowning. "It means a lot to me. I've always been proud of my Irish Heritage, I hope that I made my grandfather proud he's where I got my heritage from," said Maggie Johnson of West Springfield.

Maggie is a freshman at Holy Cross College.
