Mom arrested for taking
infant to a bar

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (AP) - Police in Connecticut have arrested a mother accused of taking her three-week old daughter to a bar.

Thirty-six-year old Allanah Earley was taken into police custody after she allegedly brought her infant daughter to an area bar in Middletown, Connecticut last Friday night.

Bar patrons called police when they noticed her speech was slurred and she could barely stand up.

Earley has been charged with risk of injury to a minor and is being held on a ten-thousand dollar bond.
