TAMPA, Fla. (NBC/NC) - About 70-thousand hungry football fans will pack Raymond James
Stadium in Tampa, Florida tomorrow for the Super Bowl, and somebody
has to do the cooking.

there's just one team, 30 chefs, 300 cooks and the head coach.
Chef Ron Krivosik, Levy Restaurants, is a veteran three Super
Bowls, 7 Kentucky Derby's, his game day pressure getting it just
right for 72-thouands fans.
The spread for Super Bowl 43 features a touch of
Florida, including alligator sausage. With a dash of Tampa's
Caribbean flavors."We have some Cuban braised short ribs, some jerk
chicken wings," said Chef Ron.
Chef Ron says they'll be cooking about 2,500 pounds of
shrimp, 107 thousand pieces of chicken, and about 55,000 hot
dogs.
