NEW ORLEANS (WWLP) - It was a tough battle to become champion of the NFL.
Early on, it was all Ravens, the 49ers didn't score their first touchdown until well into the 3rd quarter, but from there the 9-ers started to get back on track with Rookie Quarterback Collin Kapernick leading the way.
Ravens Quarterback Joe Flacco has been leading the charge for his team.
He threw three touchdown passes.
The final score was 34 - 31 Baltimore.
It was one of the more bizarre Super Bowls that ever been played.
The game was delayed for more than a half hour when a power surge put half the stadium in the dark.
