(WWLP) - The NFL season is coming, just not soon enough.  I've already had a fantasy football draft and I cannot wait for Sunday's in the fall.  I walked through every team's schedule, game by game and came up with these stone cold lock predictions.  First, I am not a Patriots fan, I grew up a Steelers fan, I root for Donovan McNabb because he was at Syracuse when I was there, but most importantly I cheer for my fantasy football team now.  So there is not any bias when doing these predictions.

AFC East:
Patriots 14-2  - Brady is back and so is the dominance.
Bills 6-10  -  T.O. brings more media attention than wins.
Dolphins 5-11 - The Dolphins were the worst good team last year, they come back to earth.
Jets 4-12 - Sanchez and Rex Ryan will be good for years to come, just not this year.

AFC North:
Steelers 14-2 - No Super Bowl hangover for the champs.
Ravens 8-8 - Flacco is due for a sophomore slump and their defensive braintrust went north.
Bengals 6-10 - Cincy will be more competitive, but will fall short.
Browns 5-11 - Cleveland has some pieces, but no where near a complete puzzle.

AFC South:
Colts 13-3 - Indy still has Manning and that's enough to win the toughest division in football.
Texans 11-5 - Slaton, Schaub and Johnson will put up plenty of points.
Titans 10-6  - Jeff Fisher is the best coach in football and the Titans will return to the playoffs.
Jaguars 9-7 - The Jags will improve, but they are still the worst out of this group.

AFC West:
Chargers 11-5 - LT and Gates healthy, and the Chargers will rule this poor division.
Broncos 6-10 - Denver won't be really bad, but won't be good either.
Chiefs 6-10 - New look Chiefs will have some bumps in the road.
Raiders 4-12 - Still one of the worst teams in football, could get some extra wins if Garcia starts early.

NFC East:
Giants 12-4 - Eli Manning proves his worth this season without the Plax distraction.
Cowboys 11-5 - Romo without T.O. will thrive and Dallas will go back to the playoffs.
Eagles 11-5 - McNabb and Westbrook's health will be the key to their season.
Redskins 6-10 - The Skins would win the NFC South, but will finish last in the East.

NFC North:
Packers 11-5 - Aaron Rodgers busts out this season, Green Bay will be back on top.
Bears 8-8 - Jay Cutler is so overrated and he has no one to throw the ball to.
Vikings 5-11 - Brett Favre hurts this team more than he helps, he'll throw away 5 wins.
Lions 2-14 - The Lions get back in the win column, but that's about it.

NFC South:
Saints 11-5 - Brees and company will put up enough points to win this division.
Falcons 9-7 - Tony Gonzalez will add a much-needed presence.
Panthers 7-9 - Jake Delhomme is on the downside of his career.
Buccaneers 4-12 - Questionable coach, questionable 1st round pick, questionable season ahead.

NFC West:
Seahawks 9-7 - The best of the worst in this division.
Cardinals 8-8 - Remember the Cards we're only 8-8 last year, they didn't get better..
49ers 8-8 - The 49ers will get closer to being a valid team again.
Rams 4-12 - The Rams could shock some people, but are too old and injury prone.
