GRANBY, Mass. (WWLP) - Residents and commuters are advised that the upcoming construction project of the Morgan St Water Main will have an impact on traffic on the road. The installation of environmental controls is scheduled to begin on or about September 29th. Mobilization and delivery of construction materials is scheduled to begin during the week of October 3rd.
Installation of the water main is scheduled to commence during the week of October 10th and will begin in the vicinity of 31 Morgan St and proceed south on Morgan St towards the intersection of Morgan St and New Ludlow Rd. Morgan street will be closed to thru traffic during construction hours; however, emergency and school bus traffic will be maintained as usual.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
