Caught on Camera: Triple Shooting

TITUSVILLE, Fla. (WESH) - New video obtained by NBC affiliate WESH shows the moments when a combat veteran killed two neighbors in a hail of bullets in Titusville, Florida.

Police said Billy Woodward went on a shooting rampage in September after feuding with his neighbors for weeks. He told police his neighbors had been tormenting him and that he was justified in the shootings.

The video, which comes from Woodward's surveillance camera, was released at the request of WESH as part of pretrial discovery.

Woodward lived across the street from the victims, and in the video, you can see him darting across the lawn. He was armed with a 9mm pistol, police said.

Seconds later, you hear the gunshots ring out.
