(WWLP) - Police are checking the Denver-area apartment of a man they say opened fire in a movie theater early this morning killing 12 people and injuring 50 others.
    
Police say other residents have been evacuated but they haven't said whether explosives were found.  The suspect was arrested outside the theater in Aurora, Colorado which was showing the latest Batman movie "The Dark Knight Rises.

Police and Fire officials in Springfield are investigating what they say were a series of arson fires overnight.

Many medical problems make it hard for people to feel normal and stay active. But one mom created something to help her daughter do just that...a new tank top line designed for kids and women with insulin pumps...that can be worn as an undershirt.
   
The family is now selling them and raising money to help people with diabetes.
