(WWLP) - A fire in Holyoke damaged a five story apartment building on Beech Street and forced over 40 people from their homes.

The Springfield Diocese will head to arbitration with it's insurance company Catholic Mutual...to determine the amount of loss suffered at Cathedral High School and St. Michael's Academy Middle School from the June 1st tornado.

State police say the man who caused a deadly crash while driving east in the westbound lanes of the Mass Pike Friday night may have had a medical issue.  Police say the investigation shows 84-year-old Clarence Lux of New Britain, Connecticut made a U-turn minutes before the crash Friday night in Ludlow, before the crashing into a car driven by 28-year-old Robert Magee of West Bridgewater.  Both drivers were killed.
