Discussion

Good evening.  Tonight skies will me mostly clear with a few clouds passing by late tonight. It won't be as cold as last night with lows in the lower 30s by Sunday morning.

Sunday will be another good day to get out there and rake the leaves. It'll be mostly sunny and warmer with highs making it up into the low to mid 60s.

The Indian summer temperatures will be sticking around into the start of the school and work week as well.

Indian summer is typically defined as a stretch of days, in mid- or late autumn, of unseasonably warm weather, generally with clear skies, sunny days, and cool nights. In New England, at least one killing frost and preferably a substantial period of normally cool weather must precede this warm spell in order for it to be considered a true "Indian summer."
