HEATH, Mass. (WWLP) - The Franklin County town of Heath is still under a state of emergency.

Town Coordinator Kara Leispyna told 22News that the majority of the town's 700 residents are still without power.

She said the town’s Community Hall is open as a comfort and warming station.

Heath, located in the upper northwestern corner of Franklin County, was among the communities hit hard by the remnants of Hurricane Irene last year.
