Service problems for DirecTV customers
Unclear when outage will be fixed

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - Springfield-area customers of DirecTV have been complaining of problems with their satellite service since the arrival of Hurricane Sandy.
The company has been experiencing problems across the East Coast since Monday.
Here in western Massachusetts, customers have been getting service with the SD package, but HD package customers have been without service.
DirecTV currently has no timetable as to when the service outage in our area will be fixed.
